Access to Zoom sessions where I support you on your diabetes journey. Each meeting is one-hour.
1-on-1 asynchronous coaching about the diabetes issues that you’re facing right now.
After Diagnosis is an 8 week course for those in the first year after a diagnosis. Since I know how busy you are just staying afloat with diabetes, the course is simple: In 15-30 minutes a week, you can get what you need to be able to dive deep into each topic.
The meetings aren’t designed to give you more diabetes management information. Instead, they will include discussions, self-reflection and interactive exercises.
